If you take the taxi from the airport just give the address for your accommodation (given above). If you take the airport shuttle to Split (see map below), you can then take the taxi to your accommodation (again, just give the address) or you can use local buses (no. 17 will take you both to SoM and Klerikat, exit at the fourth stop).
